My website was not designed by AnoLogix, can I still be on a client plan?

While our website care plans are meant for the sites we build or re-design, we happily welcome clients looking to develop a long-term relationship with a dedicated webmaster.

We will complete an evaluation of your website to become familiar with it, see how it was built, and locate any potential issues that could pop up. When we do this evaluation, our team will perform website updates and monitoring tasks and make a complete backup of your site. We will make a list of issues that may need to be fixed and suggestions for improvements needed to proceed with one of our monthly website care plans. Our website evaluation is a fixed 4-hour fee. Can I really cancel anytime?

What if I need more hours?

There may be times that you have a task that requires more time than your monthly plan allows for. In cases like this, we will submit a quote that is separate from your plan. Once you approve the quote, we can move forward with your task.

We evaluate requests that exceed your plan's dedicated monthly time on a case-by-case basis. With your approval, we will bill for time exceeded at our current support rate of $125/hr. If you're a client under one of our "Web Manage" or "Web Marketing" plans, the rate will be $100/hr.

What tasks are included in the dedicated support time?

What happens if my website goes down, is hacked, breaks, etc.?

One of our goals is quality preventative care, so we aim to prevent anything from ever happening. However, if your website does get broken into, rest assured we will be communicating with the web hosting on your behalf. While we can't promise your website won't be hacked, we can guarantee that we will do everything we can to prevent it, as well as help with the restoration of the website with one of our backups.
