How we manage our web development
At AnoLogix we use an agile software development process (Scrum) to manage our web development and applications projects. Our process is based on three simple principles: visible progress, constant inspection, and adaptation. We use an empirical approach to adapt to changing requirements and priorities. Our teams are comprised of our client (product owner), developers, QA, and business analysts. This cross-functional team provides the framework required for collaboration, allowing us to quickly adapt to changes in the project and work towards a common goal.
In today’s fast-paced world of new technologies, changing requirements, and increased pressure to get to market, our development process allows us to focus on delivering working software, with the right features, to our customers on a more frequent basis.
